Kevin responded immediately to my posting; I had not finished on the site before he called me! He visited the properties to quote for the work the next day and he completed the work the same week. I am an absent landlord and he dealt with the tenant and the neighbour to negotiate the work required and Kevin has completed the work to their complete satisfaction. I am so pleased that the work is now complete and although I have not seen it, I am told it has been completed well.
