I am writing concerning the excellent service and work undertaken by Wayne Triggs Building Services for Pennine Lancashire Community Farm as small Charity in Burnley. Wayne Triggs supported by Graham help us create a 168 square meter wooden frame building. Wayne worked positively with the Charity in undertaking all tasks, including sourcing appropriate materials, agreeing tasks, providing effective contacts etc. The end of this process has been the creation of fantastic environmental friendly building.

Wanye has done a fantastic job for us. Done everything we asked for to a very high standard plus extra jobs as well. We would and will be highly recommending wayne as he was so helpful with things we did not know about . Excellent job done our house is like a new house. Cannot thank wayne enough
Garage Conversion
Wayne and Graham (and Sean and the electricians) worked well and have done a fantastic job coverting the garage into a living room for our autistic son in 3 weeks as promised as well as stripping out my kitchen, blocking a doorway, knocking through an archway and laying a new kitchen floor. All the work has been finished as promised and on budget. We would recommend Wayne and would use again if we have anymore building jobs.
