Tom came around to quote exactly when he said he would. Provided a very competitive price for the work. The work was completed when he said he would (despite the horrendous weather) and he also provided videos of before and after work so I could see exactly what had been carried out. I wouldn't hesitate to use this company again.
Surprisingly prompt service considering the urgency of the work. Tom made very good suggestions to the work needed that made sense. He gave reasonable options to allow me to decide, based on budget, and was flexible enough to include further work. Best of all, great time keeping, hassle free service, and showed great passion in his work.
