Zamir is a complete time waster. Took my 50% deposit, then cancelled 30 minutes before he was due to arrive. We rearranged a second visit: he didn't turn up at all that day, nor did he replied to my phone calls, SMSs, WhatsApp messages, or emails. Got an apologetic email from him the next day, and he returned my deposit on my request. However, I lost 2 whole days waiting for him, and will have to wait another few weeks until the job can be done in the new year (by another tradesman, of course).

Zamir, turned up on time, assessed job and agreed a price. Completed whilst on site and despite a tricky fix of a 3-way kitchen tap only charged extra for unforeseen replacement of actual tap handles. Pleasant person and I am happy to recommend him.

Came to repair kitchen tap leaking from valves and spout. Left site stating repair was completed (having charged extra as needed to replace the tap handles). Two days later the spout was again leaking and a valve that was not replaced (although originally quoted for replacement) was leaking. Despite a supposed guarantee his phone number is no longer recognised.
