I am getting damp in my bedrooms, could this cuase be due to gutter blockage or through roof

I am suspicious of hacking and have reported hacking on line to e mail gov link etc for months with spam and anxiety caused. I have recently used My builder site and Checkatrade from home computer in Barnsley for ad for hoover screw fit job and had no success yet. Last night I found a minority site for odd job men and sent a text enq and said e mail me not phone and today to surprise had text from Rated people a site I do not think I joined. It said press link to get account live but I am advised having cheap mobile and being on disability benefit not to pay for data service and a computer advisor told me not to press opera mini link for hyperlink so I do not press, also suspicious for do not recall joining rated people and the minority odd job site put me through to someone called Locke which may be a mock up name for odd job man based near Barnsley Locke Park. I hope not. I trusted a minority odd job man may be able to help me. I also looked a Wickes store site in Barnsley for screw prices and pressed a link to see if they did home domestic screw fit work which I doubted. It said on link about a home rated people service but that just said about people they rated in DiY world across UK at page bottom of webpage. So I left it. I did not access the job hire site here called rated people and have deleted the text message. I do not want service from Rated People and know I did not register and did not use password for have had to create a new password and am not sure how you got my details, sorry if I am wrong but had no memory of joining you and one site says job live 5 days and if I forget and did join you it was only yesterday so time scale out. To avoid anxiety I want to close account with you.I had 2 e mails and one said press to access app to register and post job but other e mail said job live and site said job live with exactly the same text as I posted to the local odd job man site but your site is London so what goes on, I doubt a local odd job man would post a job to national site? I want to close my subscription that I think I did not make, sorry if I make error but want to close anyway but links to do so on your site do not work. So how do I close my subscription, and yet I have managed to delete hoover screw repair job that is exactly same text as I put on odd job man site. I also had a post to e mail My Neighbor site last night which I usually want sent to spam or stopped that may be suspect with an odd named odd job man Sire, and I deleted it and again suspect hacker is stopping the neighbor local posts for site being sent to spam. I have had web crime done a while ago to Facebook account with impersonator setting up a second account I do not want and reported it and they closed it and I closed my original one with no trust for Facebook and told Facebook e mail service about it but other week it recurred with web criminal saying I logged in and want new password for closed accounts. I suspect someone has set up a Rated people account on my behalf and like other spam am going to report this on e mail to gov phishing e mail that do not reply but do investigate. BUT FOR TIME BEING CAN YOU TELL ME HOW I CLOSE THE RATED PEOPLE ACCOUNT AND IF YOU DO NOT TELL ME I WILL JUST HAVE TO UNSUBSCRIBE FROM E MAIL AND IF IT DOES NOT WORK TELL GMX MAIL HELP WHERE AT PRESENT I HAVE ISSUE COMPLAINT UNDER REVIEW WITH GMX MAIL ABOUT SUSPECT MESSAGE OTHER WEEK SAYING I CAN NO LONGER CHANGE ID OR PASSWORD IF TECH HITCH STOPS MY GMX MAIL BUT GMX MAIL AS I SAID DID NOT SEND THE MESSAGE AND ALSO YESTERDAY A RARE MESSAGE CAME UP BOTTOM SCREEN WHICH SAID THE ACCOUNT IS GMX OUT OF DATE WHICH GMX DO NOT TELL ME AND I STILL LOG IN. SORRY IF THIS IS LONG WINDED EXPLAINING MY REACTION BUT THE MAIN ISSUE IS HOW DO I CLOSE RATED PEOPLE ACCOUNT NOW. We had a builder previously in who did our bathroom - then a year later our kitchen. We were happy with both - following the kitchen, a series of works were to be done - such as various plastering, new floors, rooms closed up, radiators replaced etc. etc. We paid half upfront. I always pay in a very timely manner. They pulled up the floors in mid December - due to timing constraints of getting a skip. Our builder said he was going on holidays in early Jan - fair enough, everyone in entitled to one. He said the young guy who works for him would continue the works whilst he was away. When the guy came - he told us he hadn't been told to do anything besides plaster - and also the main builder had not paid him yet. I get an email from our main builder asking could I give the young guy £800 cash - as he had forgot to sort him out before he left. My Dad is a builder & I was on very good/friendly terms with the main builder - so I obliged. 3 weeks past and no progress after the plastering and no sign of the main builder. We're ringing, emailing, texting. Eventually, we get one email. They had sporadically decided to extend their holiday without telling me & he will be over next week. No specifics of dates/times. The next week passes and nothing. Ringing, emailing, texting again. Eventually - two weeks after last contact, we get a text. He's broken up from his wife and having lots of personal difficulty - he will be over from next Weds. We say we are sorry for his troubles - but currently half our house is uninhabitable. And we are getting married in 5 weeks - as he knows. Following week comes - no sign again. We now have no downstairs floors for 2 months, he removed a radiator and didn't replace it. Walls are half plastered. No skirting boards. We've paid half upfront - as well as then another £800 cash. We were on excellent terms with the builder. We don't know what to do. We could take him to court - but you can't take something off someone who has nothing?! Any advice would help

I pay just for 3 months subscription. But I never had job with rated people. As you can see I didn't use anymore this app. Also I didn't authorised payment wich was taken from my account.please return my money back.

Decorators insisted I didn't need to move my Mum's cocktail cabinet of 1949s. However, they have smashed hand-printed glass. Will cost a lot to get it repaired What should I do Will cost more than their work to fix. Work not brilliant either.
