Hello, I had a new Ideal Logic Max 30 boiler fitted 4 weeks ago and there are two things that I'm confused about: 1. The boiler pressure gauge when cold is reading higher now than it was a couple of weeks ago and I'm unsure why that would be happening as the filling loop isn't left open or anything. This means that when the heating is on, the boiler is now rising to over 2 bar when previously it was only rising to around 2 bar. I wondered if anyone could please shed any light as to why the pressure gauge reading when cold is higher now than it was a couple of weeks ago? And is above 2 bar too high a pressure for the boiler to be rising to when the heating is on? 2. It seems to take ages (ie. literally hours) for the pressure gauge to go down to its cold reading. For example I had the heating on last night and it then went off at 8pm but at midnight, so 4 hours after the heating had gone off, the pressure gauge still wasn't at its cold reading. I checked at 5.30am, and the pressure was at its position when cold but this means its taking hours to get there. Is this normal? My last boiler would read its cold pressure reading about half an hour after the heating had gone off. I'm concerned because this means that if I choose to put the heating on for an hour in between the scheduled times, the pressure will still be high as it won't have reached its cold position which I'm guessing will mean it will run at an even higher reading than picture 1 and start going toward the 3 bar mark. Does anyone have any advice as to why its taking so long to reach cold position? Thank you in advance :) Shemina

My bathroom faucet is leaking badly, even I turned off the main water valve it is still dripping. Is it caused by boiler or not. The boiler is working well but I noted that when I using the hot water then the dripping water is hot.

I have a bathroom towel rail that is not warming up .Ive tried bleeding the radiator .Changing the valves .flushing the radiator itself . Putting a hose onto the return pipe to try and flush that without any prevail I believe the return pipe is blocked as if i disconnect the radiator at the return the feed pipe warms up and water starts flowing, Is there anything i can do without stripping the floor boards up and finding the blockage that way?

We have a damp patch on an internal wall in our third floor flat in a 6 storey apartment block (built 10 years ago). It is above skirting board on wall adjacent to en suite and we haven't been able to pin point the source.
