These people came and gave us a quote very promptly. Jennie was very helpful and polite on the phone. Marco turned up at the agreed time and did a wonderful job. Because we had not supplied enough skirting board, we had an issue with a join under the window. Marco came the next day and not only finished the job, but also removed the joined pieces which he had already fixed and replaced with a complete piece at no extra cost. They said only to pay when 100% happy, and we were. Excellent service.

Excellent job, really friendly and helpful guy. Turned up as promised for quote, showed me the cost of radiator and how much total cost would be. Came to fit at time he said and replaced my radiator. Had to call him out as small leak but turned up when agreed. Would definitely use again, price and work very good

On returning to carry out a second job damage was caused to hallway wall and stairs, advised trades person and submitted photos, followed up with text messages, no response forthcoming, no apology for damage, totally ignored!
