Solomon replied to my ad very quickly which was great and he managed to get the heating working in my flat, which it hadn't been. However, the fault light on my boiler came back on shortly after he left and he hasn't been able to provide a report on what issue needs fixing for me to be able to follow up on. He also wouldn't pre confirm an hourly rate or agree costs upfront. He was however very friendly and helpful, if he can provide a report and rectify the issue then I'd happily use him again.

Krzysztof did a great job fitting 2 showers, decorating ensuite, changing all the taps and 2 showers, and doing a number of small fixes and improvements in the flat. I appreciate his clear and detailed communication on job needed, options provided, and consulting on fittings and materials. He finished the job with high quality and with just a small delay despite of a good amount of obstacles (we did painting in parallel). Would definitely recommend Chris's services!

The job, (quite significant taking 2 days) was carried out by Jamie and Chris a short while later. They were always very friendly, organised and clean - the work was excellent. OVER A YEAR LATER, and a couple of the lights had stopped working and I contacted Russell. Within 2 days, everything sorted with no charge for the new lights or the service. Very bad experience. Terrible attitude & really bad worker. Damaged my walls & left loose wiring hanging out making it dangerous to even enter the room. Charged me £850 just to wire up 2 sockets getting source from another socket. Was supposed to connect wires to meter board but instead overloaded my socket & now constantly tripping fuse. Told me he will return the next day & will finish the job but has not answered his fone & has not replied to any messages. After trying to contact him for 3 days no reply.
