Prompt initial contact. The team were; Friendly, knowledgeable & skilled & offered fair quotes & stuck to their pricing. Cleaned up after themselves & ran through things with me too. Really pleased with service & asked Paul to quite for fuse box upgrades which they duly came back & did, a few weeks later, to the same high standard. Vitaliy & his team are excellent. They were very punctual starting at 7.45 every day & working full solid days, even at weekends. They never missed a day. Vitaliy kept me daily updated regarding the process & was present on the job each day. The quote was detailed & competitive & final cost close to the original. The work was completed to a very high standard. It was a complex job but Vitaliy made the process less stressful. I was kept updated asked my opinion even on the smallest things.

I would recommend anyone to employ olly hasler. He was personable and trustworthy. He was very amenable to us adding on extra small jobs. Nothing was too much trouble and he was happy to explain and discuss all the options. Olly worked very quietly and tidily. His pricing is very competitive and we are very happy with the results. Damion from swift & neatmuilttrader ltd was fantastic!! he came & viewed the chimney, gave me a very reasonable quote, also didn't make a fuss as some other roofers did!! did the work in under 30min.. excellent job, he very professional. will be using him again on other bits around the house! 5 Star.
