Prompt initial contact. The team were; Friendly, knowledgeable & skilled & offered fair quotes & stuck to their pricing. Cleaned up after themselves & ran through things with me too. Really pleased with service & asked Paul to quite for fuse box upgrades which they duly came back & did, a few weeks later, to the same high standard. Highly recommend & wouldn’t hesitate to use again. Great team & great workmanship - Thank you Paul & team

Marbuild started off by fixing and replacing floorboards in our house but we were so impressed we called them back to take out or old and fit our new kitchen and convert our hallway to being longer. Our next door neighbours even ended up using them to do their hallway too. They are very reliable, punctual, friendly and got the job done as quickly as they can and go the extra mile by asking questions all the time to make sure what we were going to get is what we wanted. Would highly recommend them.

I would recommend anyone to employ olly hasler. He was personable and trustworthy. He was very amenable to us adding on extra small jobs. Nothing was too much trouble and he was happy to explain and discuss all the options. Olly worked very quietly and tidily. His pricing is very competitive and we are very happy with the results. I would give him 5 stars.

I have just had my loft conversion, then followed by an extension, driveway and summer rooms built by ceka construction, they are hardworking, talented and polite people, Roland himself is a perfectionist so there is no reason to oversee his work, he makes sure it is done properly. It took me many years to decide on getting building work done on my house after hearing all the horror stories, but I am grateful to have found Roland and his team who made my home renovation a stress fee project and finished within the time promised, the team worked daily between 8 and 5pm rain or shine, unlike other builders who seem to string you along once they are in, my loft was completed in a month whereas other builders gave a lead of time of 6 to 8 weeks, this is because Roland uses twice as many people, also each person he uses is a specialist to his trade, not a multi tasker..and this is where you are able to see the difference in workmanship. They have left me with a perfect house, I would recommend him to anyone and he will soon be working with other members of my family.

In a nutshell, Marius and his team are great. They're kind, respectful and Marius is always available to answer every question you have - he def is the most knowledgeable builder I've spoken to. You get a very transparent estimate and sign a contract, for both parties' peace of mind. If extras come up, Marius openly discuss them with you before taking any action - my job required quite a few and Marius was also great to stay competitive price-wise whilst keeping the quality of the work sky-high.

A fantastic job by Adam who, on his own, widened existing window and door gaps, fitted new window/door, re-skimmed walls and ceilings (including removing artex and beams from the ceiling), decorated, tiled and fitted a new kitchen supplied by us (including the installation of gas hob, cooker, washing machine and dishwasher) and laid a new floor. Adam is excellent value for money and extremely reliable. Highly recommended!

Pete is a very reliable builder. He turned up on time, completed everything in the time agreed, and liased with building inspectors on our behalf. We would highly recccomend him and his team for anyone who who needs a reliable builder; who doesn't need supervision, and takes the stress out of contacting building inspectors. Excellent job, very happy.

ben turned up the following day prompt! fixed the leak i had in my bathroom..but called him back on the tuesday to rectify the leak.. which he did, ben was genuine and considerate and charged fairly

Keith was fantastic, he quoted over the phone and was able to carry out the work really quickly. He got the job done quickly and to the standard required at the price quoted. Damion from swift & neatmuilttrader ltd was fantastic!! he came & viewed the chimney, gave me a very reasonable quote, also didn't make a fuss as some other roofers did!! did the work in under 30min.. excellent job, he very professional. will be using him again on other bits around the house! 5 Star.
