I wouldn't? recommend this firm as they promise to give you a disc containing still and moving pictures of your drains but they don't appear to know how to operate their camera. Consequently I only received a disc containing corrupted files, and when they re-took images of my drains i did not receive a file at all. And when I queried if a section of the relined drains was properly sealed they failed to return to my house. I recommend anyone not to part with any money until completely satisfied.

TILE HALL. Very disapointed with Kevin's end result, The floor is'nt level., it took 6 weeks and the job still wasn't finished, He kept going off to other jobs and in the end it was left to us to dispose of old floor which I had paid extra for him to do. Kevin is not the most tidy or cleanest of workers and we were often left to clean up, there was also bits of finishing which I would have expected him to do ie replacing bits of skirting that he removed. I acknowledge there was problems with the tiles

We needed a new arial and decided while action aerials were with us to connect all our rooms so they could be connected to tv's. Job satisfactory and tradesman quick.

Job was to sand the floor of our flat and we set a price. After asking for more they guaranteed to finish for the extra price. A day later they pulled out of the job leaving it un finished. They said it was due to a black tar like substance. they said they had tried everything. My painter and decorator took a torch and scrapper and had it up in minutes. They had the wrong tools and seemed like first flooring job. After contacting asking to finish he said he would get back to me but failed to be reached.

Beqir and his team were very professional and nicely cleaned up after them. All though work took bit longer than expected because of few complications but all in all we are very happy with the result. Will be using them again! Many Thanks, J

I can't believe he said these things as he is aware that he is lying completely. First lie: I told him after two weeks about broken cooker handle as it can be proved that I left my feedback about my broken cooker handle after 3 days he did the work. This proves that he can't be trusted in anyone's home as he can say anything. We had to pay plumber and we had to use our insurance to replace the broken handle. Ben is thorough and professional in his work. When the fire alarm system that he installed was checked by the fire officer, he found it was done to a high standard. Ben has done other jobs at our nursery, PAT , door entry system and door alarm. He did all the electrical work at our home when we refitted the kitchen. He made valuable and useful suggestions as well. I can't imagine employing any other electrician. Well done and thanks.
