Eren arrived exactly when agreed (in fact 20min early). He and his team were friendly and polite and did a quick, competent job of clearing our gutters without any damage or problems (not that easy because our house is old and tile-hung), including cleaning up all the gutter debris that fell out of the gutters onto the patio and adding the garage gutters into the job for no extra charge. We hired Kris to replace the carpet with flooring in a two-bedroom flat. However, there were some gaps between the floorboards, and a noise could be heard when stepping on them. Kris recently offered to come back and fix the issue at no cost, taking two days to do so. He has shown a great level of responsibility, which is rare in this industry.

George was on time and fitted two of the three blinds but that was due to the structure of the wall and window which was out of his control. He fitted a curtain pole on the window frame instead. The only thing to improve on is not to use a bed with white covers as a holding place for tools or other materials. The blinds job was great! Thank you :)
