I contacted SP fire. I am an electrician undertaking a job, I have limited knowledge of fire alarm systems so I reached out expert advice . Yacub did not disappoint. He happily gave me 10 to 15 minutes of his time giving me a lot of advice with no guarantees of getting the work very straight talking and I sense very trustworthy. We hired Kris to replace the carpet with flooring in a two-bedroom flat. However, there were some gaps between the floorboards, and a noise could be heard when stepping on them. Kris recently offered to come back and fix the issue at no cost, taking two days to do so. He has shown a great level of responsibility, which is rare in this industry.

I was impressed how Amir took the job very quickly - he arrived to work a few hours after seeing the post. He was very friendly and polite and was happy to take the job. However, I really would not recommend him for carpentry work. This was an easy job, where the carpentry was already done and it just needed fitting. He arrived with the wrong tools (had to use mine) and very poorly fitted the cupboards and shelves, to the extent I had to pay another tradesperson to fix the job. The finish was awful.

George was on time and fitted two of the three blinds but that was due to the structure of the wall and window which was out of his control. He fitted a curtain pole on the window frame instead. The only thing to improve on is not to use a bed with white covers as a holding place for tools or other materials. The blinds job was great! Thank you :)

Steve gave me an estimate over the phone, which he confirmed when he visited. He set to work on all of the electrical fittings I needed installing, doing an excellent job, then asked if I needed anything else doing and fixed something else that hadn't worked for years! He tidied up afterwards and was very polite and professional. His rate was also very reasonable and I would definitely use him again and recommend him to others.
