Mark was quick to make initial contact and arranging to visit to view the work required after submitting the job on rated people. He is knowledgable and able to provide guidance on the best approach to take. His work was of an excellent quality and carried out in a clean, professional and timely manner. We intend to use Mark again to make further updates to our heating and electrical system and would have no hesitation in recommending him to anyone requiring work on their heating or electrical systems.

This was my first experience of using Rated People so I didn't know what to expect albeit I don't usually expect anything that way I don't end up disappointed. Rob did a great job for us - he and his team were reliable, quick, and good fun on site, and the work sailed through its Building Control inspection. Rob made sure we were happy with everything, and we would definitely use his services again in future.

Excellent service addressing a problem in old properties with innovative solutions and good communication with Bristol Water. Intend to use Andrew for other plumbing jobs in the house shortly now that this supply problem has been fixed. Would recommend without hesitation.

When we moved into our new house we needed power in the shed for the washing machine etc and a few other small jobs. Lee gave us a very reasonable quote and arranged to do the work the following weekend. He arrived promptly at the agreed time and worked almost non-stop. He did everything we had asked, plus a couple of additional jobs, and it all looks and works great. His work is very neat and he tidied up as he went along. We wont hesitate to recommend Lee and will definitely ask him first in future.

We feel so lucky to have found Colin for decorating our kitchen, family room, study, bedroom and utility room. He's done the most amazing job swiftly and efficiently and we are so pleased with his work. Not only did he do a brilliant job but he was meticulous in tidying up afterwards and always kept a smile on his face! Simon and Lewis were excellent to work with - positive demeanors, friendly and very tidy. They resolved a few unexpected issues with the re-wire without complaint and without quoting for the additional work. They were also quicker than expected. A very good company and one I'd hire again in future!

Mark and his team turned up on time, worked efficiently and cleared up after themselves. the job came in on quote and I've been very pleased with the quality of their work. I would recommend these guys for any electrical jobs and will be using them again in the future.
