Good initial advice offered and job completed as per quote. 1 star down as did not turn up on original date arranged and took a while to get correct facia fitted to finalise the job. However, on 2nd arranged date, all main work was completed first thing and all is in good working order, so on balance we would definitely recommend.

I would definitely use Igor again. Positives were: - friendly & helpful - accommodated all our changes - good standard of work - stuck to Budget and I believe he genuinely did everything he could to help make our project affordable - has come back to investigate minor issues even after final payment There were some inevitable delays. Some were entirely our fault though - only improvement for future projects would be earlier warnings if delays foreseen.

David and Matt took a detailed look at the problem when quoting: hard to see from the ground so they took digital photos to explain what was needed. They gave options for materials when doing the estimate and when the job had started. It was a good job, completed to time and within cost, with minimum disruption. The site was left very tidy and David and Matt took a 'can-do' approach to difficult site access. Highly recommended!

Very pleased with repsonse, they were reliable, on time and got the job done with no hassle, fuss or mess. Will definately be a first point of call for next time i need improvements i cannot carry out myself. Would recommend.

Very pleasant to deal with, really nice team who took the time to understand what we wanted and completed the job on time and in good fashion. When an unexpected cost came up (checking the flooring) they gave us a reasonable quote and fixed the matter swiftly. Very much recommended.

Ashley was punctual and although it was only a relatively small job, he carried it out in an efficient manner and to my satisfaction. He left the site clean and tidy. Judging by today's experience I would recommend him..

Danny has just completed some electrical work for me and I find him to be honest because he did not create jobs. Instead he advised me on the work required. He is also reliable and arrived to do the work earlier than scheduled. He is easy to work with, competitively priced, and finished to job to a high standard and on time. Hired Chris for my parents’ bathroom based on positive reviews, but our experience was disappointing. He rewired things incorrectly in the hallway and didn’t return to fix it. He left the extractor fans unfinished and never completed the job, despite charging £550. My parents paid in good faith, trusting the reviews. He has ignored all contact and still hasn’t provided the bathroom work certificate. Would not recommend.

Mick and his team have been great even though a problem came up mick was able to deal with it and the price was still very good value .the team work very hard and always left the house tidy .iwould recommended this company to do any work

Philip was absolutely brilliant, work was done quickly and clean and tidy, nothing was too much trouble even having to come two or three times In between plasterers and tilers. I would highly recommend Phillip and defiantly use him again and fully intend too thanks again Phillip.

Alex and his coworker provided a great service. They replaced a door in my home and it was a very clean job (i.e. it looked exactly how the door had looked before it was broken).
