Krause reconnected my velux windows and installed my Ring doorbell. He was absolutely brilliant and so professional. He made sure he explained how the windows and doorbell worked and gave me some great advice. An excellent service and I would highly recommend Krause. Good initial advice offered and job completed as per quote. 1 star down as did not turn up on original date arranged and took a while to get correct facia fitted to finalise the job. However, on 2nd arranged date, all main work was completed first thing and all is in good working order, so on balance we would definitely recommend.

I would definitely use Igor again. Positives were: - friendly & helpful - accommodated all our changes - good standard of work - stuck to Budget and I believe he genuinely did everything he could to help make our project affordable - has come back to investigate minor issues even after final payment There were some inevitable delays. Some were entirely our fault though - only improvement for future projects would be earlier warnings if delays foreseen.
