Nicolas was very quick to respond and clear in explaining what he expected to do and the cost agreed for it. He did a great job with the tiling and was able to accommodate an unexpected additional step. Worked very hard to finish the job and returned next day to finish off an additional job as agreed. We have a 24 hour service to deal with any problem. If we have to do inspection or testing it would be £70 p/h charging on week days and £140 p/h weekends.

He was super knowledgeable and extremely attentive to detail, making sure to leave a high quality finish in terms of decoration - and he came back afterwards to address a few small things that needed doing.
