I was happy to employ Adam Bardsley of A.R.B. Electrical Solutions after speaking to him on the phone and I was not disappointed. He replaced the broken light at the front door and suggested an alternative light for the rear (which I had never considered) and even replaced a couple of sockets. He was extremely pleasant and, although the jobs were relatively small, he did an excellent job. I would not hesitate to have him back or recommend him to anyone else.

I would highly recommend Patrick. We had a problem with rising damp and the job was completed efficiently and to a very high standard. I can truly say we just want the best job for our customers. Time after time we hear about rogue traders that our customers have had previous. They either don’t turn up to the quotes/job or do an awful and sometimes dangerous job! We are all about playing by the book and doing a quality job. Richard fitted a new unvented hot water tank for us in our loft. He was very professional with the quotation and booking the install, and the tank and pipework undertaken looks really well thought out, well fitted and organised. The work was completed in the 3 day schedule anticipated except for one minor glitch with the smart controller which was sorted first thing the next morning. Richard was a nice, trustworthy person to have working in our home and we are happy to recommend him.

HPS were set quite a high specification to meet - a tricky andvery compact installation in an older property for a meticulous client. They did not disappoint once the customer's expectation of quality and his 'no compromise' approach were fully understood. The job took longer than anticipated - to HPS's credit they did not cut any corners and worked through to completion without leaving the job half finished. Most importantly HPS were fair, open and honest in the way they did business.

Adam did the lighting job for us that we initially requested. He then did a loft conversion for us and also transformed a second loft space which had been rather dreary and uninspired and is now light and airy and a pleasure to be in. Adam was always full of enthusiasm and good ideas and he and his co-worker Steve were good to have around. The whole experience was as easy as it good have been.
