I urgently needed a Qualified Electrician to install some new electrical sockets at my house as my Daughter was having a fitted wardrobe installed in a week but was lacking sockets in her room which needed adding, & my Son's room also needed sockets added. Naveed came to my house was very respectful & professional and a true gentleman. He explained everything in detail and simple terms, whilst providing me with updates on any questions I had. I specialise in domestic, commercial and industrial work, ranging from smaller jobs such as new sockets and lights, to bigger projects such as rewires and fit outs. I completed a City and Guilds apprenticeship when I first started in 2008. I am an inspector and tester so can faultfind, rectify and commission electrical systems.
Sadly we arranged a day, no show, no contact nothing. I left a message (just one) asking to let me know if he was still coming. No response. Next day I received a message very early, no explanation, no apology! It wasn’t convenient for the job to be done the following day. Having discussed this in initial contact. Communication is key and when there is none confidence in the person goes. I was worried about the distance but was assured that it wasn’t an issue! Very disappointing experience.?

Within minutes of posting my job Jonathan rang me to enquire if I still needed an electrician to update my smoke detectors & gave me a very competitive quote.
