Ben was originally due to visit the installation in order to provide an accurate quote but couldn't make the appointment so gave an acceptable quote without viewing the site. The work was carried out on a Saturday and Ben honoured his quote. Communication was very good and I wouldn't hesitate to use his services again.

Within minutes of posting my job Jonathan rang me to enquire if I still needed an electrician to update my smoke detectors & gave me a very competitive quote. I would definitely recommend contacting Tess Con to quote for any roofing jobs you need attending to. Our job needed extra work, which we'd anticipated as our roof is very large and nearly 120 years old, and a mutually acceptable additional cost was agreed. The whole process went very smoothly. Communication was excellent throughout. Everything was tidied up at the end of each day, all waste was removed and the two sets of scaffolding removed at the first possible opportunity after the job was completed.

Steven arrived on time and did a brilliant job of fitting my new double plug, adding a new light fitting to my lounge ceiling and mounted and set up my tv on a wall and all for a reasonable price that we agreed in advance. He FaceTimed me in advance of the appt to visually understand my needs and the job. He was careful, ensured a good clean finish (important to me in a new build) and checked everything properly before leaving. I couldn’t fault anything he comes highly recommended by me.
