They were really professional compared to the other builders that came and contacted me. The Project Manager was also on hand to answer any questions I had and offered me adviced on how best to move forward. We ended up refurbishing our entire bathroom which is looking great now. I was confident in David's professionalism from his first visit to assess the job. He was knowledgeable and reassuring in his approach. Lee and his team were brilliant from the moment they arrived on site. The team of guys who were on site for the majority of the build were friendly, polite, clean and tidy and did a fantastic job with our new extension and patio. They were flexible with the plans when they needed to be and kept us informed throughout the build. I would have no hesitation in recommending LPD to anyone else... in fact I already have!

We recently had garden maintenance carried out by Joseph, and we are very pleased with the results. He did a thorough job, and the garden now looks better than it did when we first moved in. Joseph is reliable and communicated well throughout the process, making it straightforward from start to finish. He exceeded our expectations with de-weeding and cleaning the patio especially. The work was tidy and James was able to talk me through the issue he saw and steps we would take before commencing the work, handy for long distance landlords. Timing skipped due to an medical issue.

Simon completed the work as we agreed on time, price as quoted and cleared the site. The only thing I had to do was wash down the site which I expected to do. I would recommend Simon to carry out any water supply work. Paul W.
