House Extension
Lee and his team were brilliant from the moment they arrived on site. The team of guys who were on site for the majority of the build were friendly, polite, clean and tidy and did a fantastic job with our new extension and patio. They were flexible with the plans when they needed to be and kept us informed throughout the build. I would have no hesitation in recommending LPD to anyone else... in fact I already have!
Wooden Cladding /Fascias/ Soffits
Good, professional work. Really pleased with the end result. A job well done. Would definitely use Lee and his team again.
Stonework / Stone Cladding
Lee and his team did a excellent job for a reasonable price.The weather was not the kindest for them but they still cracked on with the job . I would recommend lpd building and contracting and have done so .
Loft Conversion
Very pleasant and reliable, but started 7 weeks late despite start date on the contract. Not entirely their fault as a power line was a danger to scaffold, power co. took 4 weeks to come and cover, . also solar converter in the way so two week delay to get electrician to move it. A little forward planning and checking of a delivery and a site visit would've helped High quality build, always courteous with elderly neighbours and ourselves, flexible and helpful to requests, reasonably priced. Recommended ++
Garden Office / Studio Construction
Lee and his team always turned up when they said they were going to be here, and did a first class job. Nothing was too much trouble for them, always left the site clean and tidy and made sure we were completely satisfied with the work that was carried out.We would def recommend them they were great to have around.
