We are a local firm with over 50 years building experience, my son Gareth is a CICS Gold card Carpenter & my oldest son is a City & Guilds advance craft Bricklayer as am I. All of our staff are qualified in their respective trades. We build extensions, carry out house repair & maintenance work, patio and slabbing work, groundwork and excavations, General concreting work, drainage and much more. Steve ward provided us with an outstanding finished product including a 15sq meter rear extension with fitted kitchen cloakroom & utility. he also drew up the plans , his quote was very reasonable and it came in on budget. Steves team of Ryan Graham Paddy & Dave were a pleasure to deal with and the workmanship was of the highest standard. They were considerate at all times and were very clean workers. My wife said they helped here get through lockdown. absolutely no hesitation in reccommending them.

Unfortunately, over 12 months into the project, it is still not finished. There were a few circumstances outside of Tom's influence, but the delay's have been accompanied by repeated lies about finalising the project, and poor quality of the work that has been done.

There was additional work conducted on some leaks through my window and I have noticed that this was not foxed. I have just noticed that the leak for the work done on the window has come back. This is therefore not been fixed.
