Sorry to add this bad report but I’ve waited quite a long time for Tom to come and amend his bad work. Still hasn’t come and is now ignoring all calls etc. First rainfall my patio has two areas, one side of the house the patio has a massive pool of water standing not draining away. I’ve repeatedly called and asked Tom to come. He came once and drilled a couple of holes, that hasn’t solved the problem. He is not responding to me now so I’m stuck with it.
