Unreliable and unprofessional. Simon seemed very keen at first and did turn up to assess our needs for an extension. Nearly 3 months later and numerous calls we have not yet received a quote for the job. We have received plenty of excuses and promises that a quote is being sent, still nothing. Very frustrating and extremely unprofessional. We ask the question why someone would want to view your property then not follow through with a quote, worrying.

You fail to mention that the job advertised was a large 2 storey extension, which I paid £58 for the job lead. When in fact you didn't require that doing it was a small alteration to your single storey extension! We pay good money for these job leads and expect the job description to be accurate. So it was also very disappointing from my view as well.
Plaster Skimming
I would definitely recommend Simon, he did a great job for me. They were on time, efficient and cleaned up when they had finished the job. Will use rated people again if this is an example of the standard of the tradesmen on the site.
Stone / Concrete Paving
Shocking! Came to give us a quote. Measured up. Said he would email us. I called, text & months later have still never heard anything from him. His loss on what was probably over a thousand pound worth worth of work! Don't bother wasting your time or energy on him!

You said it all in your comments OVER £1000 WORTH of work so why put an unrealistic budget down of under £500 on your advert!! Wasting everyone's time.....

That's the whole point in a quote... I didn't know it was going to be that much until someone reliable gave me one. You have the time to reply to my comment but not the time to send an email saying that months ago?!
