We're so delighted that we went with TBC. TBC completed major works on our property - structural works, full electrics/re-wiring, plumbing, tiling, decorating, new flooring, new bathroom etc. etc. TBC were so professional throughout and had all the relevant knowledge with regards to certificates and approvals needed. The work was to replace a toilet flush. Mr Aslam was friendly and replied quickly. When he arrived he said the work would cost more than originally quoted. I was not home personally to check his work, to my detriment. The toilet was left detached from the wall be around 3 cm. 8 weeks later that toilet is leaking. I was really disappointed when Mr Aslam said because of the amount of time passed he would not return without charging me a call out fee and for any new work. Very disappointed and unsatisfied
