I cannot praise Ryan enough, he has been very quick in responding to my e-mails, the work started on time and finished on time. The standard of work is excellent and nothing was too much trouble. I would definitely recommend Ryan and already I am planning to use him again for our next project.

Friendly, reliable and did a lovely job to fit a huge (3 metre +) verticle blind. I was so pleased with the work, I asked them to come again to put together a very awkward wall bed that swings down from a wardrobe. Reviews regarding the bed online, complained of it taking professionals 3 days to put together, but with Adrian and Michael's professionalism, they had it done within a day! Would definitely recommend - when my wardrobes get delivered, A.K K will be building those too. Very happy customer!

Paul Davis came to assess the job within a couple of hours of it being posted and, after a thorough appraisal, gave me some good advice as to how I could fix the problem myself and didn't charge. He is an honest and very helpful tradesman and I very much recommend him.

I didn't actually use this chap as I decided to use someone nearer to my location. However, I was very impressed with his approach and willingness to travel to undertake my job. I would therefore have no hesitation in recommending him to anyone considering using him. If his workmanship is as good as his attitude then he is worth a phone call. Best wishes.

They were really professional compared to the other builders that came and contacted me. The Project Manager was also on hand to answer any questions I had and offered me adviced on how best to move forward. We ended up refurbishing our entire bathroom which is looking great now. I’m very happy with the look of my new bathroom. Michael and his team did a very good job, they were fast and effective and did exactly what I wanted. Lee and his team were brilliant from the moment they arrived on site. The team of guys who were on site for the majority of the build were friendly, polite, clean and tidy and did a fantastic job with our new extension and patio. They were flexible with the plans when they needed to be and kept us informed throughout the build. I would have no hesitation in recommending LPD to anyone else... in fact I already have!

SMK & Son responded to my call for a badly leaking roof, immediately. It turned out to be very serious and in the end they replaced the whole roof in awful weather. They organised everything very professionally. Cannot fault them. HIGHLY recommended. Do not hesitate to use them.

Replaced four fence support posts which were rotted at the bottom and struggling to keep the fence upright in the awful weather. Work was completed quickly and kept to the quoted amount, which included all materials and disposal of old posts. Also took the time to check that our neighbours were happy with the work as the fence is shared with them. Kept in regular contact through text before the work began, and explained what he was working on throughout the job.

I was confident in David's professionalism from his first visit to assess the job. He was knowledgeable and reassuring in his approach. The attention to detail in the preparation and quality of finish has been second to none and the end result is superb and completed for a very fair price.
