Hi I’m Paul I set up KAL Building Solutions Ltd after successfully working as site manager working on refurbishments for some of the biggest names including Brewdog, Revolution Bars and Ask Italian to name a few where timescales were tight but always kept to budget and time. Prior to this I worked on the domestic sector ranging from refurbishments to structural works. I made the school boy error of paying Paul in full before I had the chance to see the job he did. Long story short he delivered a poor job and didn’t do a part of what he had quoted and got paid for. I asked for him to return to rectify the problems and pay back some of the money and he has since blocked me. I’m right now pursuing a claim against him in SCC.

Joe and his team did an excellent job from start to finish on my garage conversion. He is flexible in his approach to work and always willing to keep his customers happy by doing extras where needed. Gary provided a quote and completed the job quickly, like we needed. Keeping me informed of when he would be arriving etc. The work to remove an old concrete garden fixture was completed to a high standard & everything was taken out, despite the fixture being quite deep with a lot of rock to remove. The area was left neat and tidy. Gary also came back to provide a temporary flag covering to keep everything safe until I could arrange a longer term replacement / fitting in it's place. Thanks v.much Gary.

I am writing concerning the excellent service and work undertaken by Wayne Triggs Building Services for Pennine Lancashire Community Farm as small Charity in Burnley. Wayne Triggs supported by Graham help us create a 168 square meter wooden frame building. Wayne worked positively with the Charity in undertaking all tasks, including sourcing appropriate materials, agreeing tasks, providing effective contacts etc. The end of this process has been the creation of fantastic environmental friendly building.

The two guys who came and removed my rubbish were great. They turned up when they said they would do and cleared everything away in no time at all. There was far more rubbish than I realised and my back garden looked great afterwards. Reasonable price too, I would definitely hire them again.
