I call Phill and sons 3 days ago to fix a leak on my roof. I did have the valley fix by an other roofer but they did not do anything just to take my money. I was a bit suspicious but I was happily surprise when I call Phill who repond to my call very quicly. He is very friendly and most of all very professional. Josif and his team did a wonderful job laying a new artificial grass over our previously not looking good narrow garden. Josif has a good attitude and good communication skills. He and his team are professional, and care about how their workmanship presents and did more than just laying the grass. I wouldn't hesitate to have them back when the time comes to do other garden jobs or other building work. I am going to show his work and recommend him to my neighbours in case they would like to do the same

John came out & had a look at the job & we agreed a price. I showed him the access & he said there were no problems with getting a grinder in. On the day, he sent someone else who felled the tree but left the stump. I let him know that the agreement was to grind the stump and he advised that his grinder could not do the job. I paid up because John seemed okay & I thought I could sort it out with him later. At first, it seemed likely, but he has since stopped answering. I wouldn't recommend JTS to anyone,
