Tom, was very helpful during the process he provided me with a very competitive quote and stopped at nothing to insure I was looked after throughout the process he recognised that I was new to the process and explained the different types of options available to me. He kept me regularly informed and the job was completed quicker than expected with great results from my neighbours and friends.
I do not usually leave reviews but to protect other customers this is a review worth leaving. Please do not use this builder, he was incompetent and did not manage to complete any of the works to a suitable standard. On top of this he fitted a new tap on my bath tub but did not connect the waste pipe and as a result caused a leak which effected the apartment below. Tiling and shower door were not fitted correctly and these were straight forward jobs and have to be redone.

Though i found a solution to what i needed with no trade person ( ready made on internet) Vasiliev was very prompt and followed up on his response to ensure the job was not required any longer. I will definatelly keep traders number for possible jobs in the future.
