Valentin visited me twice to discuss what we wanted. He explained everything, showed examples, answered any questions and provided an itemised quote. He attended on the agreed dates to carry-out the work and was punctual. He with Abel, working methodically did an excellent job, completing it on time and they removed all waste. Despite assuring me that he understood how to prune an apple tree, once the work started, it became very clear that William and his helper had no idea. I ended up with the tree a good outline shape but no effort had been made to reduce overlapping branches etc. that an experienced person would have been done. He continued to ignore my requests and we parted on very bad terms.

I call Phill and sons 3 days ago to fix a leak on my roof. I did have the valley fix by an other roofer but they did not do anything just to take my money.
