Shah was so reliable, experienced and polite. He made suggestions that helped us without pressuring us into anything or imposing on us. The work was all carried out as agreed quickly and he worked long days to get it all done. The changes we made were added onto our bill at the end and were far lower than I had been expecting. Wow - top class plumber, service at a reasonable cost. Prior to engaging JK plumbing, our ongoing bathroom project had overran by 2 weeks with lots of quality issues from the previous plumber. I contacted JK plumbing on a Saturday, 24hrs later basic functionality was re-instated, and by Thursday the full refurbishment work was completed and all the carryover issues fully corrected. Quality of job was top notch. I will 100% be happy to deal with JK plumbing again, highly recommend without hesitation.

Craig responded very quickly to our online request. He came to the house and gave us good advice. He managed our job which was knocking through a wall to result in a kitchen / diner. He oversaw the entire project providing all trades support. After the design was completed by the kitchen supplier he was very active in providing advice on possible amendments and was flexible throughout the entire build through to completion. His work was of a very high standard and we would not hesitate in recommending him.
