Shah was so reliable, experienced and polite. He made suggestions that helped us without pressuring us into anything or imposing on us. The work was all carried out as agreed quickly and he worked long days to get it all done. The changes we made were added onto our bill at the end and were far lower than I had been expecting. We are vaillant and idea boiler approved installers At AG Plumbing & Heating we handle all aspects of plumbing, from dripping taps to replacing boilers, plastering, painting, and even electrical work. Unfortunately, I did not have a good experience with AG plumbing. Whilst the price was reasonable, I was let down many times from their sub-contractor (Steve). Many cancelled work days. A hot water cylinder left at my house for weeks. Job took weeks to complete (should be 1-2 days max). They even used my bath towels to use as floor covers! The owner compensated for this but it’s still not good practice, as it stained my carpet. Sub-contractor was eventually replaced and the work was completed satisfactorily
