Shah was so reliable, experienced and polite. He made suggestions that helped us without pressuring us into anything or imposing on us. The work was all carried out as agreed quickly and he worked long days to get it all done. The changes we made were added onto our bill at the end and were far lower than I had been expecting. Robert did a fantastic job refurbishing my bathroom, including dealing with unexpected mould and finding solutions that worked for me e.g. installing a dimmer switch as I am very sensitive to light and standard bathroom lights are too bright for me. He was very professional and clearly has a lot of experience as well as pride in his work. He was respectful of our home, very reliable and very hard working. Ross did an excellent job on ripping out our very outdated bathroom and installing a new shower, basin and toilet. Everything was done professionally and he cleans up better than any person who has ever done work for us! Even when he experienced supply chain issues beyond his control he thought outside of the box and managed to get all the materials and everything sorted. Cannot recommend highly enough and already planning our next job.
