Shah was so reliable, experienced and polite. He made suggestions that helped us without pressuring us into anything or imposing on us. Ben did a great job replacing worn pipework under our kitchen sink. He is a skilled, efficient worker who worked out how he could creatively improve our set up and achieved just that, providing us with much more space in that area. His prices are very fair and, on top of that, he is a very personable and polite young man. We would not hesitate to use him again and recommend him to others.
I was very pleased with the work that was done, and he did a couple of extra jobs for me at the time. He was very easy to feel comfortable with, completely reliable and very clean whilst working. I didn't actually get another quote as I went with my gut instint as it was more important to get a good job. If I had any critisism, it would be that the job quote was for one week, but it actually only took just over two days.
