Graham arrived exactly when he said he would, with all the necessary materials to lay our bathroom slate floor and ceramic wall tiles. He then fixed a plasterboard problem that was not his to fix, before getting on with his tiling job. He worked 4 days solidly, right through to Sunday, to complete the job to our deadline, without any complaint or extra weekend charge. Our tiles look beautiful and I can't wait to use our new bathroom. I wish our builder was as helpful and reliable!! Thank you Graham.

A great guy that turns up when he says he will. Cleans up and did the tasks I required with no problems. Top class and I will use again. Didnt have time to fit a trap but arranged another day and was done within 30 mins.

Quick reply but the job was not done properly. Screws were not installed correctly and 2 of them were missing the screw heads. I had to call another carpenter to fix it.

Steve from Phoenix Refurbishments did a first class job for us. He understood exactly what we were after but was also able to make some great suggestions from his experience. He was very professional and fair and kept us well informed throughout the job. The work itself was carried out to a very high standard and we are delighted with the result. Graham fitted our Masterclass kitchen and replaced the flooring throughout the ground floor. Despite some design faults (which were down to the kitchen supplier) Graham was able to think outside the box and recommended alterations to the design. We ended up with a different kitchen design but one which fitted the space much better. He even built 2 additional cupboards from the leftover units which were a bonus. Graham was punctual, very tidy and finished the job to an excellent standard. Highly recommended.

Steve was absolutely fantastic. He was professional, skilled, polite and diligent. He was always on time, did an excellent job and we would definitely use him again, in fact we are going to use him again. We cannot recommend him highly enough, even the other individuals he brought with him on the job were good professionals.
