The work was all carried out as agreed quickly and he worked long days to get it all done. The changes we made were added onto our bill at the end and were far lower than I had been expecting. He fitted the water pump on 2 August and charged me £550. It never worked adequately from day one. Repeated promises that he'd come to replace it. I last had such a promise in early December. It's now the end of January. I'm a pensioner now, so have to wait to pay someone else to fit a new one - they quoted me only £250-300 ... when I can afford it in March, I'll have it done. I don't expect I'll hear from him again. Very disappointed to say the least

Just awful. Made a complete mess of the bathroom. Not one tile is flush. Pieces missing from shower. Thinks that silicone is better than using a screw. Never reads a manual. So much more that I cannot put in here. Left driveway stained with tile cement. Said they would come back to fix and never did. Avoid at all costs.
