Simon came out to look at the job and then emailed a quote. This was too expensive in comparison to other quotes but Simon was friendly and polite.

Hi Pete. Managed to do them and finished them today. Was a nightmare but worth it in the end. We never fitted the tap or valve etc inside to prevent the freezing in winter. What is best to do. Cheers pete.

Removed a load bearing wall and installed an RSJ from start to finish. Reasonable price and more importantly did the job fast in 2 days exactly including plastering and even cleaning up. Prices and other charges clear from the start. Pleasant team and kept me updated whilst I was at work. Would not hesitate to work with again, jimmy and his team were fabulous.

Superb service from start to finish. Express Building Solutions responded to our initial enquiry promptly, Dan called to quote the following day and fitted our gate the day after that. Dan very polite, punctual and helpful - did really good job on our gate and also fitted a small piece of fencing for us (which we hadn't requested in our original enquiry) to match the gate. Excellent all round service, nothing too much trouble, would definitely use again and recommend to anyone.

Used this company to fit the tiles in my bathroom. Both on the floor and on the wall. Very professional and friendly guy, who offered good advice and gave us a very fair price! We have recently had our whole house refurbished and we were impressed with this guy the most out of all the the tradesman we had in.
