We’d like to say thank you to Lukasz for the brilliant job he has done in our hall, stairs and landing. He has done a great job with excellent attention to detail and kept the house tidy as he worked even though it was a big job. We would definitely recommend Lukasz. Robert and Scott where both brilliant, friendly, polite and kept us informed on what they were doing at all times,they turned up when they said they would, and cleaned up as much as possible before leaving, they did an excellent job and did not leave till they were satisfied and made sure we were,all in all from the first visit to the finished work very professional, and you could see that there experience and knowledge was extensive. Carl and his team did a fantastic job when working on my garage extension and conversion project. It was the first time that I’ve ever done this type of thing but Carl’s communication was spot on from start to finish. He was courteous and communicative throughout and talked me through each day where the project was at and what was next. If I had to appoint a builder again for whatever reason I wouldn’t hesitate in appointing Martin Building Ltd to complete the job. Thanks again Carl!

Martin was extremely professional and spent the best part of 2 hours trying to fix our toilet, even going as far as checking the external drains. Although he wasn’t able to solve the problem at least I now know what to do next and he provided several useful videos of our problem to help with that. Would recommend and would definitely hire again.

Very helpful & professional. On a job to install a shower, went that extra mile to also fit a support for the shower curtain rail for no extra charge - and the charge for the job-proper was very reasonable too. In these days when finding a decent & reliable plumber is hard, I'm definitely keeping hold of his business card.
