Garage Conversion
Carl and his team did a fantastic job when working on my garage extension and conversion project. It was the first time that I’ve ever done this type of thing but Carl’s communication was spot on from start to finish. He was courteous and communicative throughout and talked me through each day where the project was at and what was next. If I had to appoint a builder again for whatever reason I wouldn’t hesitate in appointing Martin Building Ltd to complete the job. Thanks again Carl!
Sound Proofing
Soundproofing has not worked quite as well as I had envisaged but I knew that was a risk before the job was started. It has muffled the voices but not the impact noise of people stomping about on hard flooring. Some of problems likely due to layout of old building. It is still an improvement on what it was and I am satisfied with the work and service provided. There was an unexpected problem with the lighting in the room but it has eventually been resolved. Carl and the two lads were polite and tidy.
