Shah was so reliable, experienced and polite. He made suggestions that helped us without pressuring us into anything or imposing on us. Amazing service from Red. He came round to give me a quote to fit 3 new taps. After I accepted the quote, he started work straight away. I wouldn't recommend this company to anyone, out of the 4 jobs they quoted for they did 3. Wanted to charge an additional £150 to fit 1 of the radiators and I declined as it wasn't in my budget, the only thing that worked once they left was the new bathroom taps, the new heated towel radiator didn't work, they didn't even test it before they left, the kitchen sink jamal put back in was leaking from the taps and waste.
