Shah was so reliable, experienced and polite. He made suggestions that helped us without pressuring us into anything or imposing on us. There is no charge to you, the policyholder, for the Aspray claims management service I offer, provided that I can appoint and project manage the contractors who carry out the repair works, as Aspray is paid by the insurance company for any repair or reinstatement works my contractors complete.
