Shah was so reliable, experienced and polite. He made suggestions that helped us without pressuring us into anything or imposing on us. The work was all carried out as agreed quickly and he worked long days to get it all done. The changes we made were added onto our bill at the end and were far lower than I had been expecting. We used LFC for a rear ground floor extension, this was the 1st time we had undertaken major build work, so we were understandably nervous. LFC made us feel very comfortable, there work was of the highest quality and they worked extremely hard; even tidying up at the end of each day. We were consulted on a regular basis as to how work was proceeding and given options for directions forward. I would thoroughly recommend LFC to anyone in need of build work – large or small, their prices are incredibly good and the dedication and attention to detail are very impressive. Very much look forward to using LFC in the future.

It is unfair for me to put 'Poor' but there is not an appropriate 'option' choice in your list to explain what happened. I have no idea what his work is like as there was a misunderstanding about when he was supposed to come, and eventually I had to cancel the job.
I have 10 years of vast experience in housing maintenance undertaking all aspect of maintenance, repairs and renewal jobs for a know letting company, I have also completed a HNC in Construction and Building Maintenance which allowed me to gain extensive knowledge in building regulation, bills of quantity and the process of housing building and maintenance. I have undertaken various jobs throughout the years such as: minor electrical and plumbing jobs(installation of lighting fittings, kitchen appliances , replacement of bathroom taps, installation of wash basin, toilet and cistern, shower and bath tub), carpentry works such as installation of doors, windows, wood flooring, decking, installation of furniture, decoration jobs such as painting, wallpaper and many other.

Fantastic job. Delivered on time despite a few unexpected snags along the way. Standard of work top notch, on-site team great, personable, experienced and diligent. Daily clean up was thorough.The flat is in a block of 40 plus, we received really positive feed back from the other residents. They will be invited back to do our kitchen.
