P & L have just completed today(9/10/24) our bathroom makeover & we are absolutely delighted with the work done. This was to remove existing floor tiles , prepare for new ones & fit & grout replacements. Then to fit a toilet bowl plus seat. All done in budget and to the timescale promised. Harry and his team turned up when they said they would. Kept me informed as to how the job was progressing. All were very polite and courteous. They went out of their way to clean up after themselves. Very pleased with my new ceiling and spotlights and my outside sensor lights. Has given my property a fresh look. I would add that Harry wants to ensure you are happy with the work and if you have any queries, Harry addresses them. This is rather refreshing.

Chris provided a stunningly good service from the beginning quote to the finished product 4 weeks later. He fitted the work in quickly, sourced all the materials delivering new tiles for me to look at to my front door; and went all the way to Watford to fetch them because they weren't available locally; he communicated regularly, and oversaw the job in my absence. The entire refit was done in a week as promised, and the quality of everything is absolutely superb. My new bathroom is just stunning.
We have been very pleased with all aspects of Chris's work, the job was started on time and completed as scheduled. The en suite and downstairs loo being done before Christmas and the Main Family bathroom in the New Year. Any Snags were overcome and a high quaility finish in all rooms bringing our bathrooms upto date. Chris arrived when he said he would often 7.30 in the morning and even Saturdays.
