I am extremely happy with the work Carl carried out over the two days. It was only supposed to take a couple of hours but Carl found additional issues. Although it meant being without the use of the toilet over the weekend, Carl was back on Tuesday morning to finish the job. A guy called Michael showed up, gave it all the large talk about what he would do. Gave him an address for another project also out of goodwill so he didn’t have to buy another lead. Promised to get back to me despite promising me he would return that week to do the work. Instead just ignored every phone call and message. He kept mentioning about wanting to do it in the evening…. This was impossible as it was a shopfront. Absolutely no balls, AVOID LIKE THE PLAGUE!
