Shah was so reliable, experienced and polite. He made suggestions that helped us without pressuring us into anything or imposing on us. Small bathroom totally renewed in 8 days: Ion kept the place tidy everyday after work. He gave suggestions but no pressure to get the things I like. He picked the perfect wall and floor tiles for me. Ion is very friendly and hard working. He does his job to the highest standard. He changed the little things I have asked, and the final touch was amazing! AVOID AT ALL COST and it is the right company. Don’t pay him or his partner Nick Moules any money. Nick will probably visit your home within a couple of hours of posting the job (making you feel confident that your job will be finished as quickly as you need it to be) send you links to the materials to be purchased, ask for deposit and then stop all forms of communication. They will quote +/- £20 to the other tradesmen. Should be banned on this site.

I was quoted £170 for a full days work which involved replacing grouting around the shower and adding silicone to some areas in the bathroom. I stated I wanted the whole area on the shower wall re-grouted, however this never happened. After most of the day of them not being there they arrived and took under two hours to use silicone in very small areas on the tiling instead of the grout as requested. They even did this without consulting me first and still charged me £140. Not happy at all.

I do not usually leave reviews but to protect other customers this is a review worth leaving. Please do not use this builder, he was incompetent and did not manage to complete any of the works to a suitable standard. On top of this he fitted a new tap on my bath tub but did not connect the waste pipe and as a result caused a leak which effected the apartment below. Tiling and shower door were not fitted correctly and these were straight forward jobs and have to be redone.
