Shah was so reliable, experienced and polite. He made suggestions that helped us without pressuring us into anything or imposing on us. The work was all carried out as agreed quickly and he worked long days to get it all done. The changes we made were added onto our bill at the end and were far lower than I had been expecting. We’ll definitely have Shah back for the next phase of our renovation when we’re ready!

Very pleased with the work carried out re-connecting the gas supply to our boiler. Careful consideration was given to minimising the aesthetic impact of the work by routing the piping in the most discreet manner through the house. Really pleased with Karol's and Marek's response and work. Having been without heating for 4 weeks, and let down by perhaps eight other heating engineers, Karol's quick response, and ability to fit the work in within a week, was a great relief. A mid-range price, but living in Stroud I didn't expect the cheapest. I had a rather quirky old system with a gravity-fed CH boiler and separate ancient water heater, but Karol worked everything out and replaced all with a modern combi. Thoroughly recommended.
