He fitted the water pump on 2 August and charged me £550. It never worked adequately from day one. Repeated promises that he'd come to replace it. I last had such a promise in early December. It's now the end of January. I'm a pensioner now, so have to wait to pay someone else to fit a new one - they quoted me only £250-300 ... when I can afford it in March, I'll have it done. I don't expect I'll hear from him again. Very disappointed to say the least

Chris provided a stunningly good service from the beginning quote to the finished product 4 weeks later. He fitted the work in quickly, sourced all the materials delivering new tiles for me to look at to my front door; and went all the way to Watford to fetch them because they weren't available locally; he communicated regularly, and oversaw the job in my absence. The entire refit was done in a week as promised, and the quality of everything is absolutely superb. My new bathroom is just stunning.

We have been very pleased with all aspects of Chris's work, the job was started on time and completed as scheduled. The en suite and downstairs loo being done before Christmas and the Main Family bathroom in the New Year. Any Snags were overcome and a high quaility finish in all rooms bringing our bathrooms upto date. Chris arrived when he said he would often 7.30 in the morning and even Saturdays. We would recommend Chris to family and friends without question, and have him back in the future - Fiona Kevin and Family

Constantin was brilliant on this job - so much so I asked him to come back the next day for another job. The great thing about him is he works to a really high quality, is neat and friendly but most importantly understands what you're trying to achieve. I can highly recommend Rob and his team at Made Build Interiors. They have just finished work on our Bathroom, Kitchen, Living room and Dining room. They have completely transformed all of these rooms and we are extremely happy with the end result. Rob is a great sounding board for creative and structural ideas and has a good eye for detail and design. They kept all work areas clean and tidy and had a friendly but professional attitude. We will definitely use them again for future work.
