Shah was so reliable, experienced and polite. He made suggestions that helped us without pressuring us into anything or imposing on us. The work was all carried out as agreed quickly and he worked long days to get it all done. The changes we made were added onto our bill at the end and were far lower than I had been expecting. Responded quickly to job and came to view boiler next day and give a quote. Arranged appointment to fix twice but failed to attend, explained reasons afterwards (other jobs taking longer and an emergency). Rearranged third time and job complete.

I had to hire another person to redo the sink area which cosmetically is quite messy. I requested refund from Claudio to cover this. Claudio called me and started arguing blaming me for providing rubbish materials. if it was rubbish why did he agree to use them in the first place? He also claims that this was not included in the price, which is a surprise to me. Seems to argue with anyone who does not like his job. Read the negative reviews from others. Very unpleasant experience.

Can’t recommend Lawrence highly enough. From the outset he kept me fully informed. He turned up exactly when he said he would. He did an excellent job bricking up and plastering internal doorway and repairing areas of lounge ceiling and wall. He left the area clean and tidy - even vacuuming before he left. This job was started February 2021 and still hasn't been completed. Whilst the work that has been completed seems good, I am having difficulty getting hold of the gentleman, workers are not coming when he says they are, and generally everything is at a standstill

Problems with a leak from the installed shower, has caused me to replace newly fitted floor. The toilet was not designed to fit the waste despite the installer placing the order for all the items he was to install.
