I appreciate his clear and detailed communication on job needed, options provided, and consulting on fittings and materials. The job was a new app-controlled thermostat for the boiler. I was disappointed with how and where the receiver was wired on the wood board and the plug wire in the hall. That’s why I’m giving 3 stars—it would have been 2, as I wasn’t happy with your response when I raised my concerns, but I’ll overlook that.
